Registration fee

The conference registration fee is as follows. The number of participants will be controlled for this convention, and we recommend your early-bird registration. The registration fee for undergraduate students or younger is free of charge, but the registration is required to receive a participation certificate.

The registration fee for the speaker invited for symposium or workshop (non JSME-member only) is also free of charge. Please finish your registration to receive a participation certificate.

Visa application

If you are a foreigner who needs a visa for the entry, please provide the following information via email (jsme_conference_2021@googlegroups.com). We register the information to the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS), and will provide a certificate which is required for your visa application.

Registration

1. Registration for general participants

We are using EventPay to transfer the registration fee for this event.

You will receive an E-mail from EventPay (info@eventpay.jp) after your registration and bank transfer. If not, please check your spam and junk folders.

2. Registration for undergraduate students or younger

Please have a copy of your student ID card, which will be required on the registration. You will also need to login with your Google account to upload your photo of the student ID card.

Registration ID is not provided for this free registration automatically. The ID will be required for abstract submission, and please request a registration ID to the secretariat (contact: oshiki@eng.hokudai.ac.jp) if you are considering a presentation at the conference.

3. Registration for the invited speaker of symposium or workshop (only NON-JSME member)

Please enter the required information. Regular JSME members need to register via the above “registration for general participants”. Since presentations at the Multidisciplinary English session are for regular members only, please register through “1. Registration for general participants” unless you are contacted by the convenor.
