一般口頭発表 (Oral presentation @ general session)
1. 演者へのお願い (For speakers)
一般口頭発表では、会場備え付けのPC(Windows 10, Microsoft PowerPoint 2019, Adobe Acrobat Reader)を使用してご発表をお願いします。セッション開始前にUSBメモリなどでデータファイルをPCへコピーをお願いします。また、セッション終了後、恐れ入りますがデータ削除も併せてお願いいたします（大会終了時に事務局側で全て削除しますが、念のためお願いいたします。）
一般口頭発表時間は14分(発表11分、質疑3分)です(1 鈴:9 分、2 鈴:11 分、3 鈴:14 分)。3鈴後、速やかに次講演者へ交代をお願いします。発表は日本語または英語で行なってください。スライドを作成する際はカラーユニバーサルデザインについてご配慮ください。

Please use the PC (Windows 10, Microsoft PowerPoint 2019, Adobe Acrobat Reader) provided at the venue for your presentation. Please copy the data files to the PC by USB memory stick before the session starts. We also ask that you delete the data as well.
You have 14 minutes (11 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion) (1st Bell: 9 minutes, 2nd Bell: 11 minutes, 3rd Bell: 14 minutes). After the 3rd Bell, please finish your presentation and switch to the next speaker. Presentations should be given either in Japanese or English. When preparing slides, please take color universal design into consideration.

2. 座長へのお願い
座長受付は設けておりません。セッション開始までに直接会場へお越し下さい。セッションは定刻で講演を進行するよう努めて頂き、遅れた場合は討論時間を短縮する等、適宜ご対応下さい。
ポスター発表 (poster presentation)
1. 発表者へのお願い (For speakers)
ポスターパネルのサイズは W 900 × H 2,100 mmとなります。このサイズに収まるようにポスターをご準備ください(参考: A0 サイズ, 841×1,189mm）。画鋲等は大会実行委員で用意いたします。ポスターの掲示は10/31(月) 13:00以降可能です。撤去は11/2(水) 17:00までにお願いします。ポスター会場のレイアウト変更を行うため、11/2(水) 17:30以降に残っているポスターは処分させていただくことがあります。
質疑応答を行うための発表コアタイムを以下のように設けます。11/1(火)および11/2(水)にそれぞれコアタイムがあり、合計2回、ポスターボードの前でご発表いただくことになります。コアタイムの欠席等はご発表者の判断にお任せしますので、大会実行委員会への連絡は不要です。

The poster panel size is W 900 x H 2,100 mm. Please prepare your poster to fit within this size (A0 size, 841 x 1,189 mm). The conference committee will provide rivets and other supplies. Posters can be displayed after 13:00 on 10/31 (Mon.). Posters must be removed by 17:00 on November 2 (Wed.). Due to the layout change of the poster room, posters left after 17:30 on 11/2 (Wed.) may be discarded.
The core time for Q&A sessions will be held on 11/1 and 11/2.
Core time for odd-numbered posters: November 1 and 2, 14:00 – 15:00
Even Number Core Time: November 1 and 2, 15:00 – 16:00
2. ポスター賞の選考について (Excellent poster award selection)
優秀ポスター賞にエントリーした演題を対象に、正会員の投票により決定されます。正会員の参加者宛に審査フォームを後日お知らせするのでそちらよりご投票ください(投票期間予定 11/1 14:00〜11/2 16:30)。審査 は「学部・修士課程学生用」「博士課程学生用」、「博士号取得者用」の計 3カテゴリーで行う予定です。 優秀ポスター賞は最終日15:00の表彰式にて発表します。ポスター発表者は表彰式への参加をお願いいたします(受賞者コール後、不在・沈黙は悲しいのでご協力ください。)。
The Excellent Poster Award will be determined by the votes of regular JSME members. The selection will be conducted in three categories: “Undergraduate/Master course students,” “Doctoral students,” and “early-career researchers”. The Poster Award will be presented at the Award Ceremony at 15:00 on the final day. Speakers are invited to participate in the Award Ceremony.
シンポジウム・自由集会・ランチョンセミナー (For speakers @ Symposium, workshop, and seminar)
発表要領、進行はコンビナーの指示に従ってください。 なお、会場ではHDMI、RGB、スピーカーケーブルをご自身のPCに接続してご使用いただけます。
Please follow the convener’s instructions for presentation procedures and progress. HDMI, RGB, and speaker cables will be available at the venue for connection to your own PC.
